NECA Eligibility
Any individual, partnership, corporation, or firm operating a vehicle care establishment in the New England area and vicinity is eligible to join the NECA. Any person or firm or corporation that sells car wash supplies, services, or equipment to vehicle care establishments in our region.
Join NECA
